Easy scheduling, great communication leading up to procedure and the doctors and staff did a great job of making me feel comfortable and cared for the day of.
I was at A.V. GI on Monday February 2nd. From start to finish I had a good experience. I had put this procedure off far too long and decided to be brave and do it. Everyone was very nice and helpful and answered any questions I had. I wish I would have written everyone's name down, but did not. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Did a complete Colonoscopy prep. They told me to come in early because of a cancellation which I did but after waiting an hour and half I cancelled my colonoscopy because they were running 2 hours behind despite telling me to come in early. I understand that hospital schedules are not predictable but having me come in early and wait is ridiculous. The Endo staff were all so wonderful! So friendly and calming. There are 4 other facilities closer than Alta View, but I far prefer coming to Alta View!
