Rosa, the ophthalmic technician, was very knowledgeable and communicated very well as she gathered data from my eye exam. On a scale of 1-10, she is a solid 25!!! Dr. Barnes was personable and communicated all aspects of my exam results without appearing to be rushed, which is very rare for a healthcare provider. I'm grateful for the care and concern I received from Dr. Barnes, Rosa and the other staff! They are all caring and competent professionals!
Did everything needed
I was courteously greeted. The appointment was acknowledged and prompt, within 5 minutes. Those who attended to me were pleasant and polite. It was a good experience for me.
Dr. Barnes and his team were awesome. I felt a little silly for the reason I was going to see the eye doctor, but Dr. Barnes was very kind and didn’t make me feel dumb at all. I would highly recommend seeing him.
This is for my husband who is the patient. We were extremely happy with the staffs efficiency as well as the doctor who went over all of the results and got us scheduled within a week to see a specialist. Very impressed.
