The staff resolved my hearing aid lack of sound very efficiently. Now I can hear loud and clear.
Erik is always accommodating and tells me what he’s doing and why. He offers several options if they are appropriate & listens to concerns. He is so patient with my 101 year old Mom & encourages her commitment to hear & engage well.I appreciate his cheerful staff and he is so positive and resourceful. 5 stars in my book & Moms
