The worst service I’ve ever seen! INCOMPETENT, SLOW, RUDE, GREEDY! And I have lots of experience with vets, had dogs all my life, never write reviews because I have better things to do. I would like to share my negative experience I had in Alta View Hospital on 5/21/2021. I needed to extend prescription for food for one of my cats, and make some vaccinations. On appointment my impression was that DVM Ehlinger was absolutely not prepared for our visit: didn’t know cat’s health history, didn’t check theirs files, and didn’t know reason I made appointment. Dr. Ghumann and his staff are probably the most competent and compassionate people who I have come across in years. Sammy the Wonder Cat was brought to the hospital dying from a kidney issue and a bladder blockage. The office staff and technician's rushed to give Sammy the care he needed. The doctor has spent countless hours working with us, other advocacy agencies and of course Sammy to get him through this heart breaking time. All the while dealing with the Covid-19 schmellie.
