They did an incredibly poor job ‘renovating’ a house on my street (Fairhill road in FFX county) which they have not been able to move). The number on their sign states that it is not in operation. What a horrendous company. One are of the basement is only a 5’10” clearance. Who will buy this garbage house. Screw your for going for the cheap, quick buck and in turn screwing our neighborhood
Terrible company to sell your home through. Out realtor didn't know what she was doing half of the time. I had to inform her of what the contract stated.
I don't really know this company but the experience that I have had shows me they are intrusive and a bit ridiculous. I keep getting emails from one of their agents who acts like he is my best friend and I have no clue who he is. Went and looked them up and they are selling mansions and overpriced apartments ($3-4 million for an apartment in Bethesda - this is not Manhattan folks).
