Do NOT rent from these people! They take your money and you never hear from them! We moved in - had to pay the ENTIRE utility bill for TWO units! This was never disclosed! We didn’t have a lock on our door. Was told to wait a week. Even the builders who, came to do a warranty inspection - said - worst company to deal with. Learn from my mistakes - avoid them line the PLAGUE!
