I had a very unpleasant and toxic experience with Helison Aniyi from Alta Pro. From the beginning, the process was full of stress rather than support. Instead of showing professionalism and respect, he communicated in a very rude and disrespectful manner, which made the entire journey extremely frustrating. My experience with Helison Aniyi (Alta Pro Realty) has been extremely negative. Our lease ended on June 30 and we vacated the property on that date. We even have time-stamped photos and a U-Haul receipt proving this. Despite this, Mr. Aniyi refused to conduct a joint move-out inspection, which is a basic and fair step every professional should take.
