The last 3 times they have come to “service” my property they have stopped in front of my house for less than a minute then driven off. This is with my dog and kids in the house. On top of this my account allegedly has a 30 min call ahead and I’m lucky if they give me 5 minutes of warning. I’m so disappointed in this customer service. I can’t cancel either without a $500 fee. I should have stuck with my previous pest control provider.
