Excellent physical therapy at Alta Performance. Shannon Glass-Smythe is a caring and expert professional who listens and works to fully understand my PT needs. She explains what she is doing so that I know what to work on at home. Working with her has helped me address several issues and allowed me to continue my strength and conditioning workouts, also at Alta, for four years. I am stronger and have greater flexibility. I love going to Alta!
I really enjoy my workouts at Alta! I love that they hold me accountable, push me but also make it fun.
I do small group training at Alta and love it. The size of the group lets me ask questions when we learn new exercises. I don't feel like I get lost in the shuffle, they know me and know what I'm good at and need to work on. Shannon and Mike are knowledgeable, super helpful, and make it so easy to come back every week!
My 16 yr old daughter has been going to Alta for a few years now and loves it! They are like a family to her and anyone who can make her excited to workout is a hero in my book!
