Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I booked a service appointment in advance and drove a long distance to get there. Upon arrival, I was told they would not perform the service. There was absolutely no prior notice, no phone call, no email, nothing to inform me of any cancellation or change. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional — especially the young man who wears a black cap backwards. I met with Kashif and Yaser for trade in deal as also to lease new car. As per my experience, both are very nice and helpful and I feel they will try their best to accommodate me in every way. I recommend to visit this showrooms. Very well maintained. Thanks
