Very disappointing experience with Nissan. I had an appointment scheduled to pick up my car, but when I arrived, there was no preparation at all. No information, no proper explanation—just being asked to make payment right away. It felt disorganized and a complete waste of my time. Even though I ended up purchasing the car, the whole process was unpleasant and frustrating. There was absolutely no effort to provide any goodwill or flexibility.
Management is worst their manager don’t know how to deal with the customer. Salesman was very good but manager was Very rude. Will never suggest anyone this location
I bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue SV, and unfortunately it turned into a complete nightmare. Despite doing all regular maintenance on time including oil changes ,the car developed nonstop problems. After 200,000 km, it has serious engine and transmission issues, a failed CV shaft, electrical problems, a bad alternator, and even the heater stopped working and etc, I’ve spent thousands of dollars already, and now it needs a full engine and transmission replacement just to be drivable.
