Terrible experience with Alta Nissan Richmond Hill! I leased a 2025 Nissan Ariya Evolve+ AWD, and after two weeks, I still can’t use my car due to charging issues. The Level 1 charger is defective, and the Level 2 charger I paid for (FLO X3, 12 kW, 50A) was never provided. After escalating to Nissan Canada, the dealership gave me a weaker model (FLO Home X5, 7.2 kW, 30A), which does not meet my needs. Be aware of their traps & very rude / bad service. Very good to trap on fake contracts with the wrong vin number to trap your deposit.
