They are decent providers but are a bit nuts on there policies like a 325 deposit to get service turned on and having to pay it again to get it switched into someone's name. I spoke with energy assistance as I just moved her in July and they don't understand getting paid once a month because I'm on SSDI and they can't let me have a whole extra day to pay to match paydays as I just worked out 325 to them to turn it on and energy assistance said Alta utilities are horrible to deal with as they don't care about you or even ener... read more
