This place is a homeless program for veterans. It is a lot safer of an option than The Mission and Saint Luke is always full. They are in a dangerous part of town but the building itself is safe and veterans are given keys to their assigned building. Building 26 is where most of the working men are and combat veterans while building 30 is the main office and also veterans.
