called for a repair of forklift. Long wait but rep told me tech needed all my forklift info so he could bring all applicable parts as needed...tech came spent 5 minutes looking at forkl...had NO tools or parts with him and made no fixes, nor touched anything and left...later got a quote in mail for $4500.00 for tune up and a bill for $760.00 for the quote.fro Alta.. I was NEVER told this was a billable quote SCAMMERS, untrustworthy
I wanted to thank the 2 guys from Nitco that just saved my truck from fully catching on fire. I was pulled over on the highway because a piece of cardboard was caught between the cab and bed of my truck and somehow hit the exhaust and caught on fire. These 2 men quickly pulled over and sprang into action with their fire extinguishers and put the fire out before something worse happened. The FD didn't get there for another 15 min.
