After a difficult search for a particular piece of equipment, Ms Courtney Morris of Alta was able to fill the order ! She kept me advised every step of the way for order, delivery and pick up. Every time I called with questions, she had the answers and was very professional. Great customer service!

I’ll be straight. Don’t do business with this people. 1- They asked me to open an account before they can assist me. 2- After that they send an Emploie who showed up without notice. 3- I asked like 5 times for a diagnose and cost to repair the machine and I’ve never received. 4- I received a bill with almost $1,000 for the visit I had. They charge $205 per hour from the time they live their place till they come back. 5- don’t be a dumb guy like me. Go find a real place to fix your machinery!
