I called them to have them come back out on the brakes of the forklift. Brakes still do not work.

Good service, very skilled technicians but very expensive. Be aware that if you call to ask for a service, you already owe them $300.00 minimum before even a technician leaves their shop. Make sure you keep time, check the milage from their shop to yours beforehand and watch the technician from start to end in case he is stalling to gain time. Remember, every minute of every hour will cost you $5.00 !
After a difficult search for a particular piece of equipment, Ms Courtney Morris of Alta was able to fill the order ! She kept me advised every step of the way for order, delivery and pick up. Every time I called with questions, she had the answers and was very professional. Great customer service!
