Is there anything worse than a doctor who you can’t get in touch with? Yes - one who says they’ve done what they say but haven’t. 9 days and hours of calls - all with assurances that the doctor had done what she’d promised - and not even as simple a thing as calling in a prescription. The receptionist kept apologizing - saying she knew this was a problem but couldn’t do anything about it - but … wow. Literal malpractice.
Review is regarding Dr. Flood. She is very compassionate and dedicated to doing all she can within her scope of practice to assist with medical issues. Doctors like her are few and far between. Thank you!!
My experience with Alta Integrative Medicine has been great. I’ve received care from both Dr. Flood and Dr Hayes. Each visit I leave feeling truly cared for and prepared to tackle the next steps needed for my health. The team here have treated my thyroid condition naturally and effectively, always seeking out root causes for my condition and or deficiencies. Would highly recommend!
