I’m a resident, who was towed, my registration sticker was not forwarded from my old apartment, but because my parking pass was up to date and valid I assumed I would be safe. I was not. The horrible towing company (whom I’ve seen tow over a flat tire, yes a resident, in tears, that their tire had erred in sufficient inflation for 24 hours was distraught their only means of transportation was gone) I was their next victim. This apartment complex watches residents like a hawk, almost as if they’re looking for excuses to issue warnings or fines instead of helping create a comfortable community. They exploit tenants rather than support them. The towing situation is out of control. Even if you’re actively dropping things off or unloading your car, they’ll have a tow truck circling like it’s some sort of trap. Is being puppy watched part of the contract? Run away from this place. Don’t walk. This place will have you searching for your car, for it is not safe to leave it for even a few minutes to drop off even a meal for a sick friend. It will be towed!!! Friends and family are unwelcome to visit in fear their car will be towed. It is masked by the complex as keeping a safe environment, yet we all know that is the furthest from the truth. It a money grab between the towing company and the complex. You have been warned.
Disgusting business and absolute waste of time. Do not move here whatsoever, you will get targeted for any fee possible this complex can think of or comprehend. What a despicable experience our 3 months of living here has been. This apartment complex preys on its tenants and will have your vehicle towed without warning.
