They’re a pain when it comes to dealing with maintenance, dealing with parking, and dealing with management, especially when they make up excuses to keep your full deposit upon move out. They respond with pictures of the apartment (where everything is clean and no damages) yet they have no idea how to explain that they’re not only taking the “per contract” fee but everything you had placed as a deposit.
