There has to be a better way. My sister is visiting we have to pay hourly parking 20.00 a day. Can you imagine your mom coming to visit and she has to add 60 to her trip just to park and visit her child in a luxury apt which you pay good money for. There are complexes that have parking programs where you can register cars and give them a limited time to park 7 days or something to that extent. I lived at Lantower Grande Flats for over two years, and while the interior was nice, calling it "luxury" felt like a reach. The A/C frequently broke down, requiring regular maintenance calls. Parking was truly a nightmare, easily -10000/10, with an extra $8 monthly fee on top of outrageous "community" and hidden storage fees. Wish I could give this place no stars. This is by far the worst management and maintenance team I have ever dealt with. After living here for seven years with no issues, the new management and Maintence team has turned this place into a nightmare. They are unresponsive, shady, and completely unprofessional—towing cars on weekends when they’re closed, issuing violation notices at the end of the day to avoid confrontation, and ignoring basic maintenance requests.
