As of 2/26 the complex has new management, who actually listened and adjusted move-out fees in a reasonable way (thus they revised review). It's a hopeful sign that this community, which has a great location and decent amenities, could be more than it was under the previous management team.
I went to check the units and I met Naome. She was absolutely wonderful and she showed me the units that I was interested in and explain everything patiently.
My experience with the management was extremely negative. There are recurring, unjustified charges, always trying to blame the tenant for problems not mentioned in the contract or that are clearly structural/maintenance issues. Furthermore, the service is cold, defensive, and unprofessional. Instead of seeking dialogue or solutions, the management adopts a confrontational stance, making it clear that they don't care about the well-being of the tenants, only about finding ways to collect extra fees.
