Best living experience. Nice location but also very quiet. The building is not busy because it does not have high floors. They have the best gym if you work out constantly it's a huge pro. Maintenance are efficient and nice. For the two years I live here I had no issue.

The staff is great and friendly, nice facilities but my only complaint is that the gym is kinda small and lacks variety of weight equipment especially for stomach/abs areas and thighs. Also the type of sanitizing wipes they have at the gym are really ineffective, they’re always dry and barely clean it’s a health concern.

I have been living in this complex since October 2024. I would like to note the excellent, coordinated work of the staff. Angelica, Paula, Arina and other guys led by Stole Mitev. This is a great team. Arina was my agent during check-in.I got all my questions answered, the check-in process was very easy. Arina gave a great presentation of all the locations in the building, she remains a great consultant and assistant to this day. I am very glad that I feel at home at The Grand Central.
