I have been living in this complex since October 2024. I would like to note the excellent, coordinated work of the staff. Angelica, Paula, Arina and other guys led by Stole Mitev. This is a great team. Arina was my agent during check-in.I got all my questions answered, the check-in process was very easy. Arina gave a great presentation of all the locations in the building, she remains a great consultant and assistant to this day. I am very glad that I feel at home at The Grand Central.
I just moved into a unit at the grand central and I cannot express enough how incredibly helpful and friendly the leasing staff has been!!! I look forward to my time in this building!!
We have been living here since October 2024. Beautiful building and apartments, the application process was easy and very fast! Our favorite thing was communicating with Arina. Arina has always been very helpful since we moved into the building, always responsive and willing to help. If I have any questions, I know I can email her and get a quick response, or she is in her office every day. The building is always clean. The maintenance is amazing. They keep the building in great condition and really care about the residents.... read more
