This is the fourth building I’ve lived in Chicago and have never met a friendlier group of staff that are extremely hands on especially Tyrhonda.
I recently visited my daughter who lives here and Tyrhonda at the front desk was very nice, helpful and polite. She made sure I was able to enter my daughters side of the building and helped me access the elevator.
I’ve been living here for 3 1/2 years and I’ve had an overall great experience. The amenities are top tier!! The staff are very welcoming and professional. From the front desk officers (Tyrhonda, Ella, Destiny, and Corey) who are very helpful to the maintenance team (Brian and Abel) who are always ALWAYS going above and beyond to help residents and keeping the building clean. I truly appreciate living in a building that’s very accommodating and I’m always happy to call it HOME!
Our experience with Tyrhonda at the front desk, Seth and Colleen in the leading area has been outstanding. Tyrhonda very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the building was over the top. An absolute pleasure!! Seth and Colleen also very helpful throughout the leasing application process was great!!!
A very nice, clean and welcoming environment. The front desk staff member Tyrhonda is a very nice and polite woman.
