I've lived in multiple buildings in Chicago and can easily say that this one has the most attentive & friendliest staff who genuinely care about their residents' well-being and positive experience. Amari, Paula & Angelique at the front desk are amazing and always greet you with a warm smile every day. Arina, their sales rep, was very helpful throughout the viewing & move-in process. Have lived here for 3 years, recommended it to many friends working nearby. I love everything about this place. Great location, great river view, very well maintained facilities, super helpful and nice staff, requests or questions are always answered efficiently. My original move out date conflicted with a trip, it was very kind of Stole to help me extend my lease to as late as possible. Thank all the staff for making the grand central such a wonderful place to live in.

New management team is not as good as the older one, especially the new manager, very unfriendly.
