Toured dozens of properties in the Chicago downtown area and Grand Central HANDS DOWN is the most modern, clean and well appointed property we have seen. Our only suggestion would be bedroom sizes but considering that is a very small concern easily overshadowed by the incredible property itself. Well done!
Seth was great on tour and the building was laid out perfectly. Good price for the overall units and the units were up to date and quality !!

I’ve lived at The Grand Central for a few months now and have been very impressed with the amenities and the property, and above all with the front desk and staff. Maintenance is very professional and always fixes everything by the next day. I especially want to thank Ms. Ella from the front desk, who went above and beyond to help me locate a missing package. She spent a couple of hours searching and following up until she found it. Her patience and persistence turned a stressful evening around. Thank you, Ms. Ella!
