Previous experiences of getting parts ordered and delivered when instructed was never a problem until we dealt with Brandon in the parts department cause l needed parts as soon as possible so I told him to overnight the parts and he acted like he didn't know what that was and obviously he didn't cause the parts never showed up yet! Are business is going to go to another dealer cause we can't afford to be broke down longer than necessary cause someone didn't know how to ship parts and have them here the next day.
I deliver and pickup products at this location. The receiver is helpful and tentative whenever I stop.
Great service department but the parts department in Syracuse ny has no clue what they are doing now the one in New Hampshire and Massachusetts are fantastic
