We had a very disappointing experience. Our 1.5 year old lift has been garage kept and well-maintained. We scheduled a mobile service appointment for our annual inspection, but after missing the agreed-upon time, they called and asked us to bring the equipment in instead. After finally picking it up—a day later than promised—we immediately noticed the charger was throwing an error code and reported it. Place is extremely high priced. Had them do a roadside fix didn t even fix the problem and was charged $1500.
