I'm the PIT Lead at my organization and the maintenance service provided by Alta is top notch. The onsite tech, Arturo, is very knowledgeable, dependable and efficient. I can list out all of troublesome equipment and he fixes it posthaste. I wouldn't go with any other maintenance service or tech. Commendable.
Have been dealing with Rick gentry from Alta for a few years now and he has been excellent. If my company has any issues with our equipment I can count on him to be out asap.
