Poor never able to get to parts for liftruck parts ,The number for the type of equipment is not mentioned online, Have to make several attempts to get the right place,Once connected the service is good, But getting there is a pain
Very expensive and don't even fix the problems the first time. I've used them twice and both times had to take back the equipment for follow-up work. They dominate the market for certain brands but my experience with them has been nothing but disappointing. I've spent over $5000 with them on repairs for the same problem and will try to change the hydraulic fluid myself because they want to charge me every time I go in there.
My customer needed a manual pallet jack ASAP! Alta exceeded Topor's Pickles expectations!!
