Great service, courteous.
Rick came out and looked at an older forklift i was having some issues with. He quickly figured out the issue and got it running again. Rick also gave me some insight on what to look for in the future. Awesome service with a little knowledge learned as well. Thanks Rick G.
Fixed what needed to be fixed, didn’t try and sell something not needed. Tim was helpful and able to get our forklift and pallet jacks back up and running.
Rick did an amazing job! Would highly recommend Alta for your maintenance and service on your forklift.
Ernesto was very communicative and professional. He kept me updated on the process throughout and asked to make sure he was not in our way, to continue conducting business. Overall positive experience and will continue business with them.
