Rick came out this morning to do scheduled maintenance. Did the PM, fixed a hose leak and replaced a broken reflector. The job was done and cleaned up and the machine was back in use in no time.
Tim Brown from ALTA was here first thing Monday morning and got our machine back up in a couple hours. The Parts Place
2 months ago I had Alta fix my forklift because of leaking issue and it's fine. Less than a month later same issue happened. I reported the issue and Alta sent a tech, 5 mins later the tech told us that it's a different problem. He stayed in his van for another 20 mins and now I received a bill for $350. It's insane when you try to confirm their service and they charge you for the confirmation and quoting you. I won't use their service any more.
Rick was great, very thorough and timely. Addressed any concerns or questions immediately.
