A Total Nightmare – I just returned from this place and it was a total nightmare. After waiting for 35 minutes in a small, tastelessly decorated waiting room full of noisy kids for 35 minutes, I was ushered to an examining room where I waited alone for another 35 minutes. I went to the reception area and told them that an hour and 10 minute wait was totally unacceptable and I was leaving. They were rude and unprofessional and didn't even apologize for the wait time. Average / below average, office help is inept – Not too bad if your expectations aren't too high. I've had one woman in the office "forget" to enter my appointments twice after I made it in person with her. I've had the doctor make inapporpriate comments about my condition and about other patients in general on more than one occassion. People I have referred there have had similar complaints. Their wait times are comparable to other offices, you'll eventually get the treatment you went there for but expect problems.
