The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. You are just a dental patient, but a whole human to them. If you aren't able to floss or brush as much as is recommended, they ask questions to understand your barriers and offer suggestions to help you take better care of your teeth in a way that is compassionate and educational not shaming.
