Super clean! We had Queen Suite Loft and loved it. I was happy there was a bathroom up in the loft area so the kids didn’t need to use the ladder at night. Also the ladder was wide, with big steps and traction, so was easier to go up than I expected. We LOVED the heated pool! We really got to enjoy the facilities. No laundry so plan ahead. Book exchange shelf in office. Great launching point to visit Mount Rainier. There was construction on the route to Paradise entrance, so that added about 20 min to the drive. Here now. For the price, rooms have heavy wear and tear. We didn't check the bedding until later in the night but there are yellow spots all over the sheets and comforter. We pulled off the top sheet to then see what looks like washed and dried blood. We are over all disgusted but it's too late to leave or talk to anyone. I am someone who has worked on the hotel industry and travels full time in many hotles, air bnbs, cabins and am floored by what seems "acceptable" based on our room conditions. Would never come back.

The rooms looked nothing like the picture. Not even close. Everything was done via text, no people around. Would be a great ski place, but thats not why we were there. Overall good

There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. It is closer to a motel 6. This was supposed to be a nice night after staying in a treehouse, but the treehouse was substantially nicer. I'm not sure the housekeeping staff knows to look up. I understand it's in the woods and you may find a bug but this was not that. There were spiderwebs in literally every single room. Some appear to be very old, some do not. Some have visible spiders, some do not. There are even spider webs above the bed. I do not think the housekeeping does anything... read more
