Brodrick gave me an amazing tour and answered all of my questions, the units are spacious and the complex looks well-kept. Excited to see more of this apartment and hopefully become a resident. UPDATE: I am at the end of my lease and moving due to work but I still have nothing but good things to say about this apartment! Throughout my lease, I had 0 issues and the complex was always clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for something in this area.
Upon arriving on the property which is an important thing to me of how the property is taken care of. Once I arrived I was greeted by Kelton. I didn’t know the property go by appointments. I want to thank Kelton so much for squeezing me in to allow me and my son to view the property. The tour all the good information that he helped answer all my questions to put my mind at ease. Today, I toured the property with Kelton, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the community and addressed every question and concern with the utmost kindness. This week I had the pleasure of touring the property with Kelton as my lease agent. Not only was he super friendly, but he did an amazing job at showing me around the property and allowing me to see all the amenities they have to offer. He showed me 3 units which I appreciated and he just seemed to be very familiar with the property (Which seems like a lot to ask these days...). Anyways, thank you for the great tour Kelton!
The apartments are nice, However dealing with Mr. BRODERICK made it a horrible experience from the attitude, the discrimination I felt about recieving SSDI being apart of my income.He made it extremely hard as it was an insult to have it. He said he don't except child support which I don't have child support it was the benefit letter along with bank statements for SSDI. He was very rude to me and my daughter, hung up on us.
