Living in building 5975 feels unsafe. The first-floor neighbors are aggressive, loud, and hosting parties almost every night. Their dog barks nonstop, smoke smell is constant, and fights can last all night, making it impossible to sleep! We reported these issues to management multiple times, but nothing has been done to resolve them. If you value peace, quiet, and your family’s safety—especially if you have children—this is not the place to live. Walls are thin, was hard to sleep, not enoughz they use Wheel Blockers who charges $400 to $2000 and tow your guest if they are in the lot and not on the 10 parking spots on the street. . Horrible traffic and road noise. Moved out after 4 months.
Inside apartment is nice but the grounds always have pet mess laying around and the breezeways are filthy! Spiders everywhere and just dirty! I’m embarrassed to have anyone visit because the stairs and breezeways are so dirty like the projects! This community is supposed to be smoke free but it always smells like marijuana! The rent here is way too expensive for such poor upkeep of the property.
