Alta Care home is a wonderful place for someone to live that needs some extra assistance. My father has been a resident for 3 years and I am extremely grateful for the care and attention he is given. Every staff member is polite, trusting and caring. I have all the confidence in Alta Care to keep my dad comfortable and happy.
It was comforting to know my Mom was well cared for at Alta Care home. The place is clean and quiet. My mom spent over 3 years here. During that time she wanted to be in bed most of the day. The caregivers got her up for meals 3 times a day and always made sure she was clean. We had her evaluated for hospice and the nurses always remarked that she was very well cared for there.
My Mom spent the last 18 months of her life living at Alta Care Home. She received excellent care from staff who offered compassion, company and patience. The facility is warm and well kept, and the food is cooked fresh daily. The staff is supportive not only to the residents but also to the families. I am extremely grateful
There was a point where my Dad ended up needing a lot of help, and at that time I was very lucky that Alta Care Home had a room available.
