I took my phone in due to screen cracked told it would be done by next wk. Phoned the week after to ask if phone fixed to be told they sent wrong screen !!!! With constant phone calls no answers and when I did get hold of them there be more excuses post late trouble getting part. Leaving messages on messenger still no response After 4 wks 3 days I had my phone and deposit I paid back. I then went to phone repair shop in the inshops cwmbran . This place was great. Phone fixed at a fab price and quality service. They gave me a replacement phone, which did the basics of what I needed. Overall a fantastic service and friendly staff. Will be back if any issues in the future. Thank you
