I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The lady I interacted with was not helpful at all and came across as quite rude. Instead of offering assistance or trying to resolve my issue, her attitude made the situation even more frustrating. It’s unfortunate, because front desk staff are often the first impression of a place—and this one was far from welcoming.
