Kevin, was a fantastic designer and project manager. We love our new patio. One of our best updates to our house. We get so many compliments from neighbors and visitor. Kuddos to Alt's. They did a a fantastic job!
We can’t say enough about the expert quality that we received from the entire crew (Scott, Jose, Fernando and Antonio) that converted our large 2-tier pond/stream into a pondless waterfall. The creativity and detail to our vision was blown out of the water. 😉 The crew was professional, caring, respectful, and polite. We would totally recommend them.
We redid our front stairs to remove failing wooden stairs and to install new concrete stairs. We also added a decorative stone patio next to the stairs to provide a seating area. Kevin was excellent to work with and showed tremendous knowledge and attention to details with the materials, and measurements with plan options. Alt's is a great snow removal service! They are reliable and come early! The crew does a fantastic job on the driveway and on our steps and walkway. The updates and responses on email are also great. Their possible snow event updates are better than my weather apps. I am so grateful to have found them.
I am very satisfied with Alt's performance. It's no simple task to decide whether or not to send a crew for some amount of snow, and exactly when during the storm to send them. Alt's has walked this line very well - getting to me when I want help, but holding off when it's just a bit that I'd rather handle myself. Snow clearing has been timely and complete. Further, the office has been very responsive to any concern or question I've had - thank you Amy! I plan to contract with Alt's again next year.
