Based on my experience with this facility I recommend you GO ELSEWHERE. If you are seeking therapy, skilled medical staff, and ethically administered Medication Assisted Therapy, including titration that is safe and complies with current state laws and best practices, which ALT Recovery emphatically does not, this is not the place.
