Well kept nice place to visit
based on the new management, i would not want to be buying into this place. as the management rules state, you can not have your own solar on your lot and must use the power that is supplied via agreement with the management. so if you buy in make sure you have an off grid power setup prior to connecting to their services at the site. plus having 40ish drugo in a 55 old plus community village is not great if i was over 55 i would not feel safe by this.
