Visited the workshop to seek an appointment. Manager not there. Left contact number and details of repairs needed. No response. Rang 2 days later. Manager SOUNDED helpful!! Took more details over phone and promised to ring back with a work time. Three days later, no response. My next call treated with hostility, no memory of our earlier phone discussion and no foreseeable prospect of a timeslot to do the work.
