The worse place to send your love ones!! Please if your love ones can max out or choose another facility do so ASAP!! The employees lie on the “inmates” just because they can and treat them like they are nobody. They feel as though these people have nobody and they can just treat them any kind of way. The lack of structure and poor management and oversee at the Fayetteville location is unacceptable. These establishments are suppose to be that of transition to help those transition smoothly into society however they make it harder for those individuals there. They do not allow the necessary passes to find employment and get their lives established. Instead they take their “power” to keep these people under lock and key treating them worst that prison. I wasn't there but a family member was. This place shows favoritism. Your stuff gets stold. They want return your phone call. They get rid of who they want. And keep who they want. Very disappointed in this place.

This place is very discriminatory! Modern day discrimination at its finest! Murphy is RUDE, biased, ignorant, miserable among other things. Tried to contact main office, leave messages and they do not return calls or handle complaints. It’s all about control and money at this place. They can care less about transitioning into society or people’s well being.

The absolute worse experience I’ve had in a long time! Whoever runs this establishment needs to get a clue and take control of their staff members. I’m not nor was I a resident at this facility but I recently visited a loved one and I was treated unfairly as a visitor and my loved one was treated poorly and unfairly while I was there as well. Very disappointed and the staff should be ashamed of themselves.
