The two female Allstar EMS employees that gave my husband a ride home from the WCA hospital yesterday were extremely rude and unprofessional! They laughed at and mocked my husband, ignored him, yelled at him, and was extremely rude to him and myself. My husband has multiple comorbidities and we have been dealing with absolute trauma for the last 21months. They never once asked or accessed his health issues and could have caused him great damage. Rude, unsympathetic EMT’s who need to find a job they actually enjoy.
It has taken almost 2 months to get my CPR card in my email. I have called 6 times and all she has done is make excuses.
Thank you to the crew that responded when my father fell in a parking lot. Both him and my mother said the crew was caring and very professional.
