Several weeks ago I called them to fix a leaky faucet. The bill came to over $100, including one part. The part charged was twice the price than what it would have been in the store. A little washer and seat were also replaced in the repair. When the faucet started leaking even worse a few weeks later, I called them, because "parts & labor" were guaranteed for 90 days.
