I spoke with Estela Montalvo about consolidating our two autos under one auto insurance policy in order to save money. My mom and I were extremely pleased with the quality of service we received from Estela. She was patient and went over the transition in detail as well as saving us money on both vehicles. Estela Montalvo was my agent that helped me from day 1! Estela was patient, really helpful and understanding with my situation in adding my newly licensed 18 year old daughter to my policy. She went above and beyond to get me the best and most affordable coverage for my policy. She convinced me to stay with All-State Insurance and for that I thank you Estela. I gotta say ISABEL has got to be the most wonderful,nicest,professional, agent that Allstate has hired. Along with Estela. They made me feel welcomed and they didnt treat me like all those other agencies like if i had 43 DUI's. And they have the nicest laugh .i hope the CEO gives them a 2 million dollar bonus check immediately!!!!! I will continue my insurance with Allstate in rancho Cucamonga as long as these 2 ladies are working here. I’m so grateful for Maila Castro helping me when I had my car window smashed. I found my car like this before going to work, it had never happened to me before and I was near panicking until I called her and she advised me exactly what to do. I ended up getting my car window cleaned up and replaced, fully covered by my insurance, and I got to work safely all under 3 hours. I can’t say “thank you” enough. It’s amazing what Maila knows.
