I purchased Alside windows in 2008 with a LIFETIME warranty. Almosty every year I need windows replaced. July 2024 I filed warranty claim to have 4 windows replaced. I never heard from ALside and never received my windows. I checked my claim and it has been denied!!! I have no clue why it was denied, I submitted proof of ownership of the home and recent utility bill. I was never notified it was denied.
