Been using Alside for over 25 years. Scott and Matt at Lancaster county store always go above and beyond to take care of me.
Our contractor did a great job installing these windows but the windows seem a little cheap for the price we paid, some locks were were missing, broken, one window doesn't close/lock in certain temperatures, seems the noise comes through from barking dogs and crowing rooster outside more than expected, and on cold nights there's always condensation on some of them. Maybe that's all standard for this grade vinyl window and I'm being too picky?
They were very helpful. They even helped me load special order siding on my company truck.
Excellent customer service. They generally have good stock of siding.
