Very disappointed in the customer service we have received from Jeff the representative that has been out to my house TWICE now. Today he called my husband and I "Liars" in our own home. After he showed up to our house (2nd visit) with NO ladder to inspect our 2nd FLOOR leaking windows.... I had to call him after the 1st visit, as I never heard anything more from him, and no resolution was offered for our leaking windows. I have Allside windows. They are good. Some warranty service is needed and it takes a long time to get it done. I have been trying for months.
