Highly competent people and high quality products
Extremely Poor customer service. Wish I could rate less than 1. Very nasty on phone. Bought 13 mezzo windows ( which I highly recommend staying away from) 2 were bad. Alside threw out my replacement window after telling me they would hold it until 2nd window was resolved. Then had an oh well not our problem attitude. Never will do business with them again...
Have shopped here a few times. Justin needs a little crash course in customer relations.
