REFUSED TO HONOR WARRANTY I purchased an entire house of windows and doors from Alside. The locking assembly on one of the sliding glass doors fell apart at six years. It has a lifetime warranty. The company refused to honor the warranty because they said the model had been discontinued. But they referred me to an after-market supplier that does make a replacement part, so I could purchase it from them. And they said there are "also several on the internet". We used the MEZZO & 80 Series for our home from Alside. C&J Custom Designs out of Boise, ID did the critical measurements, brought the crew, did a professional install, & took care of any warranty issues we had.
