Wow! I had a great experience with Alset. Not only were they responsive to my questions, Javi went above and beyond to work with me about dropping off and picking up my car. I truly feel they want to ensure that I am fully satisfied. I just picked up my car yesterday and it looks great. They asked that I live with it for a few weeks and then bring it back in so that they can make sure that the PPF has set properly. I highly recommend them.
Right from booking to out the door, 5 stars!! I took my model Y here. Javi’s customer service requires special mention and is beyond wonderful. Truly cares for his customers. He spent quite a lot of time explaining and demonstrating tint % so that I can make an informed decision. When I walked out for lunch, looking for nearby places.. he called and brought his car to give me ride as the nearest place is at least 15 min walk.
