Alsana residential in Monterey really helped me bridge the gap between me and food. The program gave me coping skills and tools and helped me deal with intrusive thoughts. My therapist and dietitian were amazing!!!! When I got there, I didn't want to be there but when I discharged, I didn't want to leave. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this treatment center to anyone struggling with eating disorders.
The Alsana residential program in Monterey was incredible. The staff were so warm and compassionate. I learned how to heal my relationship with food and myself through CFT and other therapeutic practices. I would definitely recommend this facility to others in need of their services.
It's 5 years later and this place might be the sole reason my life is what it is today. Treats the root of the issue, not just the symptoms, and gives you REAL tools that you will carry with you for the rest of your life. I still think about this place all the time and what it did for me, and I will always be grateful. There is so much kindness and love here ✨
