Lolly Wool is dangerous and should not be a therapist, let alone a regional director of any kind. She abandons clients, refuses to listen to them, and does not support clients in any way shape or form. She crossed several boundaries with and made me feel physically unsafe. Formal complaints are being filed with the state and she is being reported to the licensing board.
Alsana only cares about money, not their patients. I spent 7 weeks here in IOP to start then PHP for most of it. I left worse than when I went in. When I arrived at Alsana I was taking diet pills regularly and Alsana didn’t care and let me continue to take the pills despite the fact that I was open and honest with my treatment team. Alsana kept pushing to have me stepped up to residential while others who were struggling just as much, if not more than me, we’re being stepped down.
