This doctor refused to renew my HPB medicine because I travel n live in a bus.rude and shut door in my face. So unprofessional
Office staff are the worst. Been with doctor for almost 3 years. My prescription was canceled twice due to not able to reach office to ask about the prescription. I called all day and was also not able to reach anyone. Finally drove to office only to find that they take phone off the hook till 11: 00 per ok from Dr if they are busy. You can’t leave message and can’t get in touch with them unless you stop in. dr. refused to see a long term patient after pt. was in a severe car accident because it is her policy not to treat pts in car accidents because of "billing problems." pt. has excellent insurance and insurance claims person said claims would be paid immediately. This us clearly patient abandonment and denial of treatment! outrageous!!!
