Be very careful , this man is a bait & switch chap . Al had a 3400 gal propane tank in his yard, finished . I told Al I had the same tank, what did he charge this customer to do this tank, he itemized costs from his work records at $3300, so I told Al to do the same to my tank, one month later Al called, your tank is ready . I went in, and he gave me a bill for $9400 , I complained bitterly , he only said, you have a lot of land ! Beware of this classic bait and switch tactic !
