My first visit to Al’s. Got to meet two of the three owners. These guys know Volvos! They were super patient as we diagnosed the problem with a V60. Got to hear their history - three generations in business. Great first meeting and know they will take good care of the car.
These guys know their Volvos more than any other shop in the Salt Lake Valley. Garret was more than helpful and professional about working on our Volvo. He saved us thousands that we would have spent at the dealership and had our car back in working order within a week. Highly suggest these guys for all your Volvo needs!
Wanted to dump a refrigeration charge and recharge it before doing any work.Whilethe system was not low on refrigerant.
Before setting out on a 10 hour drive I ran into a problem with my Volvo. Thankfully, I found Al's Volvo and dropped in without an appointment. Meghan listened to my problem, printed a parts list to help identify the problem and part #. Then Garrett said, "lets's see what you've got...." He did a quick analysis and "fix" -- good enough to get me on my way. Told me exactly what I needed when I got home.
