I called at 4:55pm on a Thursday looking for a starter for my 70 hp Johnson outboard, it was so close to closing time they didn't think there was time to place an order out of Connecticut for next day. Gentlemen(sorry, don't recall name) called me back and said it'll be here tomorrow. Before noon on Friday they had my starter and saved our family trip to camp! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!
They sold my wife cotter pins even though she asked for shear pins. Not knowing the difference is inexcusable for an outboard dealer. It could have left me stranded if I had not been able to jury rig with a piece of nail. There was no apology when she drove all the way back to get the correct pins.
